We have two (2) 4-pound boxes of Tatsoi harvested today available for sale. 4-pounds is equal to about 3/4 of one of our past CSA Boxes, but it shrinks drastically when sauteed, of course.
Tatsoi is an Asian Green not readily available but we always grow it because we love the flavor. Tatsoi can be used much like spinach–as a matter of fact, many of our CSA Members thought it was spinach!
