On our Fairview family farm, Cane Creek Asparagus & Company, we practice good stewardship of that with which we have been entrusted. As farmers we emphasize the use of renewable resources along with the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations of people in Buncombe County and the greater Asheville area.
This resource conservation and development includes our sustainable farming practices using organic inputs, water conscious drip irrigation, a photo voltaic solar system, growing all our vegetable plants in our own greenhouse, as well as our ongoing relationship with the land.
